MyFamPak™ Community Partner Terms

Partnership Terms

By submitting payment, you agree to a 12-month MyFamPak™ Family-First Community Partnership, automatically billed monthly to your selected payment method at the rate confirmed during enrollment. Your exclusive business category is reserved upon successful initial payment and remains exclusive while your account is current and in good standing.

The partnership is established for a 12-month term; however, a Partner may terminate early by providing at least 60 days' written notice. Because each monthly edition involves advance design, production, printing, distribution, and category commitments, cancellation cannot take effect once an issue is already in production. All payments scheduled during the 60-day notice period remain due and payable to cover production commitments already underway.
